RWCF is an advocacy and action nonprofit created by and for restaurant workers. By addressing the quality-of-life issues that affect restaurant workers, RWFC works to strengthen the workforce and increase opportunities for advancement in the industry to more people.
Restaurant Opportunities Center United
ROC is a non-profit organization fighting to improve wages and working conditions for the nation’s restaurant workforce. ROC United provides training and professional development opportunities for restaurant workers, educates employers on improving the workplace climate, and facilitates upward economic mobility for people in some of the lowest paid occupations in the nation.

One Fair Wage is advancing policy, driving industry change, and shifting the narrative in order to ensure that all workers in America are paid at least the full minimum wage from their employers.
Another Round Another Rally
ARAR is a nonprofit financial resource for the hospitality industry. They provide reimbursement grants, and immersive education scholarships to further the education of underrepresented voices in the community and provide emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen to unexpected hardship.
Independent Restaurant Coalition
IRC was formed to save the local restaurants affected by COVID-19. They are founded on the simple belief that there is power to affect legislative change if we unite our voice.
Upstate Service Industry United
A non-profit charity formed during the COVID-19 crisis to provide free meals to the unemployed service industry workers and their families in the upstate of South Carolina. USIU will continue to provide free meals as well as financial assistance during personal injuries/sickness, job searching, and access to free and/or affordable mental health programs and assistance in drug and alcohol abuse and recovery.
South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association
SCRLA has created a SC Hospitality Employee Relief COVID-19 Fund to provide direct grants to South Carolina hospitality workers affected by COVID-19.
The Lowcountry Strong Foundation – Hungry Relief Fund
The LCSF has teamed up with Downtown Catering Company to create Hungry Hearts Restaurant Workers Relief Fund . This fund is distributing free lunches and dinners to restaurant workers who are out of work or have severely lost wages in the lowcountry.
