2 oz Bulrush Gin
1 oz Blackberry Liquor (optional)
1 oz Blackberry Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ Cup Fresh Blackberries
In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries with gin, blackberry liquor, lemon juice, and simple syrup until broken up and they release their juice. Double strain, using a fine mesh strainer, to remove seeds. Pour into a rocks glass with ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with blackberries or lemon.
