Spanish GinTonic
2 oz Bulrush Gin
4 oz Premium Tonic
Your choice of fresh garnish – rosemary, mint, sage, basil, cucumber, jalapeños , dried juniper berries, peppercorns, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, dried ginger, citrus peel, berries. Fill a large white wine glass with ice. Add Bulrush Gin and then tonic. Add garnishes of your choice.
Gin Mule
1 1/2 oz Bulrush gin
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
Ginger Beer
2 Mint Sprigs
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice. Add gin and fill with ice; shake gently until chilled. Strain into a mule glass filled with ice, add ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig, or both.
Blackberry Bramble
2 oz Bulrush Gin
1 oz Blackberry Liquor (optional)
1 oz Blackberry Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda
½ Cup Fresh Blackberries
In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries with gin, blackberry liquor, lemon juice, and simple syrup until broken up and they release their juice. Double strain, using a fine mesh strainer, to remove seeds. Pour into a rocks glass with ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with blackberries or lemon.
Classic Gin Martini
2 1/2 oz Bulrush gin
1 ounce vermouth
Pour Bulrush Gin and vermouth into a shaker filled partway with ice. STIR gently with a long-handled cocktail spoon for at least 30 seconds. Strain liquid into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives.
Negroni
1 oz Bulrush Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.
French 75
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lemon
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Champagne
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin, excluding Champagne. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into champagne flute and top off with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Bulrush Barrel Old Fashioned
1 1/2 oz Bulrush Bourbon Barrel
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Sugar cube
1 tsp water
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of water and stir until nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and add Bulrush Bourbon Barrel. Stir gently. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in to garnish.
Bulrush Rosemary Gimlet
1 ¼ oz Bulrush Gin
3/4 ounce Fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce Rosemary simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker, with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass or coupe. Garnish with sprig of Rosemary.
Bulrush Lime Gin Fizz
1 ¼ oz Bulrush Gin
3/4 ounce Fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Simple syrup
2-3 Mint leaves
Lime
Club soda
Add Bulrush Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaves to a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice, into Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lime wedge and sprig of mint.
Bulrush Gin Collins
2 oz Bulrush Gin
1 ounce Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Simple syrup
Club Soda
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the glass.Top with club soda. Garnish with lemon.
