2 oz Bulrush Gin
4 oz Premium Tonic
Your choice of fresh garnish – rosemary, mint, sage, basil, cucumber, jalapeños , dried juniper berries, peppercorns, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, dried ginger, citrus peel, berries. Fill a large white wine glass with ice. Add Bulrush Gin and then tonic. Add garnishes of your choice.
